Will I have input in the design and creation of my website?

Yes, we want your ideas and your vision for what your website should look like. We will then make your vision become a reality with our design skills. 
  

What if I have credit problems, will I be able to get internet billing for my member based website?

Yes, your credit has nothing to do with the internet billing companies we use. They base everything off of your website and not your personal credit report.
  

How long will it take for my website to be up and running?

Usually a website will take us three to four weeks to create. Once we have all of the information and content they go together pretty quickly. It really depends on what type of website you want us to create and how your content is currently saved. If you have photographic content that has already been edited and all we have to do is lay it out on your website, we can have you up and running in approximately a month or less. *If you are in need of a website and need it done quicker than we have quoted, we can work with you to have your site up and running as quickly as possible, however there is a rush fee involved.
  

I don't have up-front cash to pay for a professional website designer, but I really want to work something out. Is it possible to work with you on a payment plan?

Yes, it is. We will work with you in all areas of your websites creation. Including setting up a payment plan for your website design.
  

If I have a member based website, how am I paid, do I have to claim it as income, and if I do who pays the taxes for it?

You will receive bi-weekly checks from the billing company. There are various ways to receive your payments as well, which will be discussed if you place an order. Your website income will be keyed to your social security number, so it is your responsibility to claim it as income so the proper taxes are paid. If you have a business name and a tax ID, or an account which has a D.B.A. (doing business as) statement on it, your checks can be made out to your business and claimed under that at tax time.
  

Will you help me understand all of the features and statistical reports for my website?

Yes, we will explain your website to you so you can actively develop it and learn how to serve your customers. You will learn what they like from the reports you will get, as well what they haven't liked.
  

What if I have a problem with my website after you've turned it over to me? Will you still give me technical support or advice?

Yes, all of AWD's websites carry a technical support warranty as well as a website design warranty. We pride ourselves in our customer service. We will help you in any way we can to make sure your website is everything you want it to be.
  

What if I started out with a non-member website and I want to change over to a member based website, will you help me?

Yes, we will. We will work with you to convert your website and the cost of the re-design will be discounted for all existing AWD clients.
  

What if I want to re-design the look or content theme my website after you've finished it, is it expensive and will you help me?

Yes, we will help you. If you wish to re-design your website we will work with you on any aspects you want changed. We will work one-on-one with you throughout any re-design project. The cost is dependant on what you want to re-design, each case is unique and treated as such.
